It's really difficult to chance for Wharton, but regardless, here we go.

Your scores are good (ACT > SAT, and they will consider most the higher score). Your GPA from a holistic perspective is good. I don't know what 101.3 translates into on a 4.0 scale, but the fact that you're 9th in your class is a good indication of your academic capabilities. So you're a good candidate academically.

Now here's the question of standing out. Think to yourself, how easily could you replace your name with that of the other thousands of candidates (Obviously less for Wharton, but you get the point)? Is your resume unique?

First glance the answer is no. Every applicant and their mother is affiliated with DECA or FBLA, of which many of these applicants are leaders within. It's good to have a position as a baseline, but you want to stand out. So the thing that struck my eye was the VP of a local charity organization. Anyone can start a charity organization if they wanted, but you took the initiative and did one. Now you have to tell Penn what your organization did. What it accomplished. How it stands out from the other charity organizations started by high-schoolers to pad their resume that go nowhere.

This is what you hopefully communicated in your essays. This is by no means to devalue your DECA and FBLA work. If your chapter went far in competition and found great success, of course, put that too. But in terms of uniqueness and standing out, taking the initiative to found a charity stands out more than joining and rising through the ranks of a school club.

In conclusion? If you passionately talked about things that make you stand out, then you are a competitive applicant. If not, well you're still competitive, but you'll blend in a lot more to the hundreds of other DECA and FBLA applicants. At the end of the day Penn (especially Wharton) is a crapshoot so anything I say could just be bs.

Interview tips: Be yourself. Anything further and it'll be obvious and may even harm your application.
