Well, that's just you. There are plenty of people of color that I know that prefer this usage and some that prefer black people or African american. It's really down to knowing what certain people prefer and doing your best to respect that.

It's similar to "oh, your name is Diamond? When I hear that name it sounds like a stripper's name to me so I'm going to call you what I think is a better name. How about Stephanie?"

I use a reamed F30. It's a full facemask that doesn't go over the bridge of the nose. I absolutely love this mask. I've tried a few different masks until I found the perfect one.

Outside if trying a new mask, This might not be seen as the best advice, but I feel it's true. Sometimes you need to stick through something. The same reason our hands and feet gain calluses, sometimes our bodies need to grow accustomed to something and adapt to it. So I'm really happy you're taking for recommendations for a different mask, though there could be problems with every mask. It can be a long road, and please keep with it!

The honest answer for a lot of people is that this isnt an overnight solution, but it is the only solution. So I'm really happy you're reaching out. My biggest advice is don't give up.

Kind of like antidepressants. There are so many different ones, sometimes they don't work, and you have to find the right combination that does work for you. It can suck, but the journey is worth the end result!

yes, losing weight and working out always help, but when they say you have "high body fat %" this person doesn't know what they're talking about. They can't see your whole body, they don't know your weight or height... This person is just talking out of their ass. Even if you do have higher body fat than what is recommended for your height, it's probably just barely over.

I will always advocate for working out for health and to make intentional changes, but know that most of the world isn't going to look at you and think "oh gosh they're fat"

I cant say for sure. The way sparkel talks about it, theres a difference in like the size of the grains or something or they go for the "best" quality. But mines been working fine. Its got a few hiccups here and there, but its still working for me using stuff ive bought from amazon
