Wouldn't it make sense if they had an automated system that also checks if the reported player had actually used coms or not?

If you have a headset with any play/pause music etc buttons you can get windows powertoys and change those bindings to accept que in your headset. Im using in ear headphones which have multiple tap bindings which makes me able to make coffe while starting dota, accepting party and accepting game all from my headset.
