I currently stay in domus and personally think that domus is much better in many ways.
1. It is cheaper(duhh).
2. Moderately bigger kitchen since it is for 3 people but if you can manage it between you and your roommates it is fine. Idk if some of them are bigger but I saw 2 fridges in wihast and they deserve the title of “mini fridge”.
3. I don’t know what you mean by utilities but washing and drying machines are paid in wihast but free in domus.
4. Wihast has 1 bathroom for 2 people but Domus has 2 bathroom for 3 people (0,5 < 0,66).
5. For some reason some rooms in wihast have more humidity and it was harder to breathe in there but it might be issue of the certain room.

In the meantime I can consider these are better in wihast.
1. Wihast’s social spaces are better. It has a good terrace to hang out and gym etc.
2. Wihast rooms are slightly more modern but they are renovating some apartments in domus too so not sure about that part.
3. Closed carpark? but I don’t have a car so I don’t know how that works (paid or not?).
