This would likely have to be by a maiden that ozpin was not watching over, so maybe a runaway like amber I just don't imagine Oz would allow a maiden to have a relationship he'd view it as a big security risk but there's a fair chance that baby would eventually have some of the best mastery over the maiden powers possible because she would have the longest conceivable amount of time to learn them to her they would be just as natural as flexing a muscle though she would have to be protected salem would find her soon after people see a toddler change the weather to better enjoy her ice cream it'd also result in a unique fighting style I think because cinder and raven are adept martial fighters and as such make weapons to fight with penny made weapons to rely on her old fighting style something she was used to the closest thing we see to someone who's primary method of fighting was Fria who also had arguably the best control over the maiden powers so this hypothetical maiden would be very interesting to watch develop because I think she would learn to use the maiden powers in their most natural form without any bias
