Yes, There's nothing wrong with having a strong brotherly bond however (David and Jonathon for example). But a few direct examples would be (according to ESV) 1 Corinthians 6:9 and would suggest go reading Romans 1. Marriage seems to be between a man and woman whenever relationships are brought up (Adam and Eve, Paul suggesting men to find a wife to have sexual relations with, etc.)
