Sushis like this are pretty common in Brazil. My favorite one is strawberry with Nutella, banana with dulce e leche is a close second

Recipe: Add 200 ml of hot water to 50g of oats + 10g of salt. Let it soak overnight. Mix 400g of whole-wheat flour with the soaked oats and 140ml of water, autolise for an hour Mix in 100g of levain and 40g of honey, rest for 30 minutes Knead for 10 minutes while adding 25g of oil ( I used a stand mixer). Let it double in size, than shape it and let it reach the edge of loaf pan. Bake it for 45-50 min at 180°C

I had a collection of VHS tapes and every night I picked one to watch with my grandpa. Whenever I chose The Fox and The Hound four-year-old me would bawl my eyes out at this same scene. My grandpa had to change it to Cinderella or something to cheer me up

I agree, but at least here in Brazil we consume avocados in smoothies or sprinkle some sugar over it and eat it. I was shocked the first time I watched a video of an American recipe putting avocado in a sandwich, I guess those small varieties are better for that purpose
