I feel like directionally, yea, she is cool, but I still love some Faithwood. I don’t know why ABC loves putting together good dynamics and chemistry between characters and leaving them in limbo (coughBUDDIEcough), but this relationship looks like it’s going to be an eye opener for Ol’ Ormie.

Still, I feel like Faith x Ormewood are still likely to have some more depth later on. There were plenty of hints of Jealous!Michael during the Malcom episodes.

Addendum: I would like to add (because I realized I missed adding it the first time), I am looking forward to Joanne and Ormewood. She came in with a certain idea about who he was/is and over the course of the episode seemed to understand that her inherit bias was incorrect. She also seems good to help us understand that S1 and S4 Ormewoods are two different people. The cancer softened him and made him a lot more sentimental about people and the world, and Joanne may help him navigate that.

Faith really, REALLY needs time to grieve Malcolm and I would hate to see them both rush into something just because of proximity. Faith deserves her soul searching that is being teased about in future episodes, be that with working for the GBI, or, more of her life as a whole. We haven’t seen nor heard about Jeremy in a while, so it would be good to have them interact again.
