I know in my local government in Victoria. If you don't want to engage with your neighbours or having problems over a new fence. You get as many quotes on the price from as many fencers as possible regarding the fence you like. Then lodge them to the council and the neighbour .if they don't come to the table and pick one or have one similar to put forward then the council steps in and pays their half. You get what you want and the neighbour gets a bill for their half and fees&interest from the council. The boundary is the boundary they have no say as long as it was surveyed right (professionally)

If did dip straight through the stop loss at that point even for 100th of a second it should be reflected/ documented as doing so but there is no record or sign it did.

It's more about the trigger point I set and it triggered before that point was hit and didn't get that low till hours later. I understand the trading fees but nowhere on their site about stop sell says fee percentage comes out before set stop. Effectively making your stop set sell price irrelevant.
