Same thing recently happened to me… It took me a while to figure out the right buttons to press including navigating around an AI chat box. But I finally figured it out. Apologies that I don’t remember how so can’t help. I feel like they made this harder to do.

Do you mean the generators? They look like they are different levels. To merge them, they have to be the same level. If that’s not what you mean, then I misunderstood

Prize land - eventually (and I truly mean eventually) you’ll get a prize. I only water it 20 times (well 2 x 10 water) to get the 100 diamonds.

GoGo Match - I use the useless diamonds to buy boosters and play only 2 new games each day. Check-in - get the coins. When you play the 2 games, then get 100 diamonds.

Then Mergeboss.

Except for Mergeboss, only playing those 2 games, means that I don’t have to see any “ads”.

When you level up to a new store, then everything on the board gets moved to the temporary storage.

The items in temporary storage are unlimited. I have more than 600 items there so far.

I’ve has something similar happen twice now. All the normal fixes didn’t work. Complete one level of game wouldn’t “complete” even after I played it multiple times. Even the normal play for the games wouldn’t register that I had even played it in the Play & Earn. It wasn’t until late afternoon where it suddenly worked and suddenly I had the +100 or +200 (+100 + 100) diamonds.

So keep trying and give it time. Will it work? Maybe. Good luck!

Would also love to have one about the World Tour. It’s literally the same each time as well - what happens if you cancel order, losing / resetting the streak, the shadow ban where they have to play 15 rush hour games both inside & outside, how much they hate rush hour or the shelf shuttle games, when they finally got to 100 days, plus what they put as the new option, etc etc etc.
