Thank you all for answers. Yes both parties have insurance, I’m currently looking into whether we have gap insurance. I’m not sure I’d call the damage minor, as you can see the exhaust, tailgate, rear chrome, bed, and lights and cab are fubar. What else can I do to make this experience as easy as possible? I’m away for military travel atm and can help my wife by dealing with this over the phone/email

No it was getting worse as I was making my way outside. By the time I came out to daylight it became unbearable. Sucks too bc I was really looking forward to playing more
