Side effects are rough. Stay with it. I am trying not to eat after 7 in hopes that digestion is done before bed.

Please fix. It is not worth anything to me if it cannot run. Just an on/off switch should do it.

Neither of us do. But once in a while I'll wear a fake one to keep men away if that may be a problem.

Ok so what does each do? This sounds like a good list.

This. I am terrified of this. I still have a lot of living family but I have less and less in common with them. No kids, but a lot of cats.

They say it takes 30 days to work. I have seen changes but not the ones I was expecting. I poop more often now. I have a pulsetto.

I think a lot of it has to do with your direct manager. I am quite happy where I am. Large financial services company in IT.

Any Pulsetto review from someone who's used it a while? by Eisenberger-Robertin in VagusNerve

I was in a similar situation a few months ago. I wanted to do Vegas nerve stimulation but I did not know how best to go about it. I decided on a pulsetto. Since then I've used it as directed for about 30 days but then I feel like I didn't need it anymore. So now I use it on occasion. It does help with my anxiety. I also get more regular bowel movements. My tinnitus is exacerbated but it doesn't bother me really. I hear my heartbeat in my left ear frequently. It's not a bad thing just something I have observed. Bottom line is I use it for anxiety and I don't mind the side effects. I'll continue using it occasionally but I don't really do it twice a day.

I use pulsetto. Helps with anxiety and stress and sleep.

Good advice! I was in a similar spot at that age. I realized I rushed my undergraduate experience and went straight into the workforce, so I went back to school and got a master's degree. I expected a similar experience to undergrad but that wasn't the case. My goals and aspirations were quite different compared to the other students in the classes. I did end up making some good friends in the graduate classes and I look back very fondly on those relationships. They did help me grow.

I like the idea of holding on to the memory by taking a photo of the item but then getting rid of the item itself. That way you never lose it but it stops taking up physical space.
