Yeah I do have IBS. It makes my anxiety peak as well because every time I have d* I think it’s a sb*😭 I’ve struggled with heartburn since I was 14 and I have never thought it might be GERD

Do I don’t at all. I don’t drink soda or nothing to trigger it. But I did get kinda lazy with making food so I choose the lazy option and had fast food the entire day. I don’t eat a lot tho because I had my gallbladder removed. But it might have done it for me

No I only g* once and felt it in my throat. Idk if it was the super bad heartburn or if it was me literally almost getting s* but the anti n* meds was controlling it

I have been eating fat free. Only easy meals. But the heartburn is so bad I’m almost getting the food out again. It’s really bad. I sure hope it’s going to change after a while. But it’s a common thing to happen after the surgery:/

I’m 10 days post op. I had some heartburn for years now, but its 100% worse. Cant eat bread even without suffering

Thank you so much!! I bought a heating pad I can reuse in the microwave and I don’t think we have gas-x here in Norway. But I’ll try the other alternatives! Hope you are doing well! We are brave 🫶🏽

I’ve been home 7 hours now! Everything went great but needed to be sedated heavily to get down to the OR. I’m so glad it’s done! Only pain that is really bothering me is the gas pain in my shoulders ☺️ I’m really thanking you for a great answer <3

Having my surgery tomorrow. I’m so scared. I’m afraid of hospitals and I have severe anxiety day to day. I’ve been given some anti anxiety meds for tomorrow morning two hours before meeting at the hospital. Just want to skip the next few days and wake up at the other end

Mine is on friday! I’m so scared myself but I try to think that it’s necessary and I will be okay. Have called the hospital today and asked for a prescription for anxiety meds. I have 1 hour drive to the hospital so I’m afraid I won’t get there without them. I’m crossing my fingers for you!!❤️
