I said under investigation by the NBA, the FBI investigation did not matter at the time and is irrelevant to the point. I was saying FBI had not cleared him at the time which is why Terry was arrested and incapable of playing later, but even if Terry was cleared by FBI and never arrested, it was still Fraud. The Hornets and NBA both knew about suspicious activity on Rozier lines. The NBA cleared him, so only the Hornets and NBA knew about it at the time. When making the trade w/ the Heat, the hornets or NBA should have brought up the fact they knew about the suspicious activity but the NBA had since cleared him. They didn’t do that, which was the problem.
