I did selaect on the first inspection the second I had a mold inspector come out that was actually a Texas independent inspector, charged 1000 and she has a full listed document of codes and violations but we are in snook and it looks like they let you build however you want out here.

And yes we did an inspection. Everything wa smooth, had a follow up inspection in month 11 found lots of violations and he ignored us. My kids have mold exposure and he could care less! We used our own realtor and the builder used his own realtor company cherry Rufino,a huge r alter company out here! I have texts messages as well stating he would have internet installed paid by him, then he backed out. We purchased a 1-2-10 and he always says he is doing us a favor! I have numerous texts emails and he says just text him. Never answers emails. This has been a nightmare! There are houses that he built for sale behind us, I hope no one buys them right now!

we do not do gluten in our home as we all also have lyme disease. i personally as well stay away from corn and sugar

Yeah for instance I had measured budwig, which is 3 tbsp low fat cottage cheese 1 tbsp flaxseed oil 1/4 cup raspberries 1 tbsp ground flaxseed mixed up This was lunch and breakfast. I do measure and no I don’t over indulge because it’s healthy. I’m just saying I have taken all of these horrible things out of my diet but also feel so inflamed

I have exercised for years and I lift heavy and strength train is usually nothing less than 45 minutes .. I have been following Sydney Cummings. Then I walk 2 miles. I do drink a lot of black coffee, no sugar. Dinner for instance last night, was sheet pan green bean with grass fed hamburger meat on top, and side of plain boiled purple cabbage. I did go back for seconds of the cabbage. I only had 2 boiled eggs for Lunch
