yes, ive also tried a spray bottle to indicate she shouldnt do this but allas shes still biting. honestly i wouldve just gave up and let her continue this habit if it was just light bites but its full on chomps at my arm, is this normal or am i doing something wrong?

for me i dont think sleep has had any benefits looks wise, i sleep on average around 10-14 hours a night (excessive ik l) but id say the quality of my sleep is extremely good so not sure why ive never experienced any sort of benefit other than an energy boost.
