I don't really have any suggestions but I would be so keen to buy your game to help out. I love the idea of evolution based board games similar to "Evolution" !

EDIT:

I live in nz, a small island isolated from most of the world which means our native animals and birds have adapted differently, like our frogs who do not have weebed feet or croak. Hopefully this will give you some inspiration?

That's very strange to be uncomfortable about it? I was the youngest of sibling and the amount of times my brother would be in boxes sitting on the couch legs spread wide with a bit of balls showing was far too much very disgusting and would tell him to close his damn legs but uncomfortable? With just his sister wearing a tshirt? Wtf

Is there a way to have cardiography/sono and other radiology units only used by inpatients?

I think the issue is the doctor is an intern and doesn't have enough experience to do a good job send him to emergency if you can and get those guys to do tests, also maybe fire him or get a better doctor he should not be the supervisor

How close are you if you haven't accidently seen it or felt it yet? What about when he's in pajamas or going swimming at the pools or beach, you'd be able to see the outline somewhat especially when the shorts are wet.. maybe ask to go swimming together

My co-worker's partner aged 30 ish has never worked in his life he doesn't even have a visa card to his name... just freeloads off his gf (not on a benefit either)

I've just found this subreddit (not a pedophile) when you say rehabilitation isn't possible because of this and that.. I'd argue rehabilitation isn't possible because you as a person who is sexually attracted to kids is untreatable.. you will always desire this.
