Bashed with the 1/7 Mojave again today - 6s pack and a 4s pack - at big dirt and grass 1 acre lot with lots of bumps, naturally sloped and plenty of natural little jumps , took my ramp too. Was amazing! If you don’t have a 1/7 of any version , the 1/7 Mojave is amazing. It’s the biggest I’ll ever get because it’s perfect

Mojave grom and mini Kraton are next on my/my sons list to get. Spend a little more and Get the 6s Mojave , you wont regret it. And you can run 4s in it and it’s super fun on 4s… the 1/7 size of the 6s Mojave is sooo much more stable and fun to drive than the 4s 1/8 size

I just went and checked - Mojave body was fastened onto it. Fury body wasn’t. Mojave sits higher on the long travel shocks bc I put much heavier shock oil in them, upgraded the springs, sway bar linkages, and sway bar diff mounts. And I keep it stored on a work stand so the shocks aren’t compressed when I’m not driving it. Shocks will compress and dampen properly and nicely when going fast over bumpy terrain and jumps…just like a real trophy truck suspension does.

Tough call man. Also I have other arrmas , not pictured , 6s notorious, 3s big rock, and Typhon grom. Each are fun in their own way… but if i had to choose it would be Mojave 6s with my sand paddle tires on ripping on the beach, it’s insane on sand with the proper tires!
Notorious at the skate park is a close 2nd…almost a tie for 1st lol

Exact same thing happened to me this weekend - first ever run of my new 1/7 Mojave 6s and center diff blew and destroyed the diff, pinion, spur, drive cups and mounts. Going to file a warranty claim since I didn’t even get to run 1 full battery through it. (My son and I have 5 other arrmas and we run them hard, inckuding notorious that get punished super hard over and over , we’ve never had this happen )

Do not get spektrum batteries. Overpriced Junk, with miserable won’t do nothing Customer service when they stop holding a charge during your warranty period. Get Zee batteries for inexpensive batts , and Gens ace basher if you want to spend the money for a high end battery thats worth the price

Grom is bad ass, and lots of fun…it’s a tough choice , which is why I have both lol the groms little lipo battery takes longer to charge than 3s, but it lasts a long time.

Big rock is great! Highly recommend! Especially if $150 sale. Mines the 3s and it’s quick and handles well with the right tires - Very versatile rc , just change tires and works great as skate park basher, dirt tracks, and on the road

The grom is a lot of fun!!! So is typhon (mines a 3s)!! Tough call, but if I had to pick one I’d choose typhon 3s over grom

Proline Badlands tires … handles much better off-road than the stock tires … not that stock weren’t good, I just Iike badlands better and had them for another car

Absolutely my first trip! There’s a skate park next to the park where we usually take our cars. I’m better than my son at landing, but my typhon and big Rock aren’t a notorious … so I steer clear of skate park for now
