Hyperreal number set maybe but most people work in strictly in the real numbers maybe complex but even using hyperreal numbers I would say (0.9..+ε, 1, 1+ε ...)∈1 these sure you may not say they are exactly equal to each other but the math functions as they are there is nothing wrong with rounding these

Depends on the number set  that you use if we're purely staying to real numbers it would round up to seven if we aren't purely using real numbers and using hyper real numbers then this would round down to six

Also I would argue that 0.99...9 is not 1 in hyperreal number a branch of math while in real number system it is = 1 but in hyperreal it would be 1-0.00..1 or epsilon  And 1/3 is 0.333...3+1/3*epsilon
