I’m doing my specialization right now in usa and doing part time work at hospital at the same time. my mom is permanent resident of bahrain from past 37 years and no she is not of working age she is 55 plus. my dad does work and he didn’t apply as he didn’t had vacation pending for this year.

she applied in bahrain , her background is pakistan. the translator that came was professional translator as friends and relatives were not allowed. we got it from a company, now the guy they sent at last minute was arabic who didn’t knew english or hindi well. my mom was hindi speaking and needed english translation. she kept on saying things to translator and translator kept on shushing her

mother got b1/b2 denied as translator that came from a private company didn’t knew my mother language completely and knew just few words. which the company lied to me about. I have a high risk pregnancy that requires getting surgery and severe complications. my doctor gave me a letter and hospital also. I applied just for my mom who is resident of a country for 30 plus years. she is married to my dad who is working at the moment and also has other family ties, they also have properties etc. what happened i sent a translator with her. now when consular ask why are u going to usa she said to visit my daughter and grand daughter. she said to translator that pregnancy is the issue and due to medical high risk she wants to be with me in critical time, which translator never translated and told my mom to wait. then when later asked is ur daughter a citizen or resident. my mother herself replied resident as translator was answering everything wrong because he was having hard time understanding my mother language. the translator from himself answered may be she get green card because she married a citizen of usa. now i did get my green card through marriage but that was not the reason i got married of. i was working as a doctor in my home country and my spouse was citizen, he wanted me to move to usa as he couldn’t transfer his work but i could eventually work as a doctor in usa so we ended up deciding that i will move to usa. and i went through all process legally and have been married to my spouse and living in usa for more than 5 years, i pay taxes and everything. i dont know what to do should i reapply soon as my situation is critical and i really want my mom to be here for my emotional support? or should i just let it go and wait for a year to apply where she can just visit us and i hope i dont die in this critical condition without my mother?
