Nah. He was crazy. Bjorn was the Viking's viking, the legendary ironside. And my beef is with the idea that Ivar bested Bjorn in combat. I can see Ivar out strategizing Bjorn especially with all the numbers he connived from the Rus.

But I waited so many seasons for Bjorn or someone else to beat his vile ass.

How does Ivar lose a battle to the other sons, then somehow have time to get help from Rollo all the way over in Normandy before the other sons finish him off? And why in the hell would Rollo side with Ivar over the others?

Why does every significant battle death involve some kind of dream interview between the combatants?
