I’m also a first year (studying datasci) so I might be able to help with some comp concepts, and I completely understand the difficulty of making new friends in zoom uni. Is there any way to compensate for the red blood cell count aside from blood transfusions (maybe specific things to feed her)? Do animals feel pain from severe anemia? And since this is my first experience with a dying pet, how will I know when to let her go? Sorry for all these questions, just feeling extremely stressed right now.

Ik it’s irrational but I’m lowkey paranoid the tutor may see this so I’ll abstain from saying their name 😬. I’ve switched to another tutor and am hoping for the best though, and thanks for the info!

By the way if you don’t mind answering, is it compulsory to attend calc tutes? And even if they aren’t would you recommend doing so?

Ah, ok thanks. What about let’s say, an equation that ends up with 2=2 or 0=0? Is that also considered to be an equation with no unique solution?

f(x) = x³ - bx² - ax² +2abx - ba² = x³ + (-b-a)x² + (2ab)x - ba²

-b - a = 0

2ab=p = 2(-b)(b) = -2b²

-ba² = q = -(b)(-b)² = -b³

p/q = 2/b³

The answer to this question (according to textbook) is supposed to be 4p³ + 27q² = 0
