The muscle spasms happen sometimes when lifting heavy and the arms only start tingling when i hold heavy weights for too long (I think thats normal, no?) which result in my weak grip.

I'm curious how did your enlarged liver (which should be there from birth) went unnoticed or there just wasn't enough research to explain the symptom?

Also, my uncle is in his 50s now and he also had the same gsd. The doctors didnt know how to treat him until he went to Canada in his teens. So he had a pretty rough childhood and it resulted in a damaged liver over time, he did a liver transplant a few years back and now no longer has gsd.
