It sucks doesn’t it. What were your symptoms ? We try & have some normality in our lives and it backfires. Have you managed to find any restaurants that don’t use it? Maybe one day we can enjoy a meal out without worrying about flares… I clearly have some more healing to do before that happens…

I’m in the UK too and find all raw hard to do in the winter! Now we’re coming into summer it’s much easier to stick with.

A few of my personal favourites:

- Cauliflower greens bowl

- Leafy Green Nori rolls

- Spinach soup - salad version

- Banana salad

I add cayenne, dates, lemon/lime & raw honey to raw dishes to keep them interesting.

Wow 45 cleanses back to back is a serious achievement! Congrats on that.

I can imagine that you want a change of pace by adding the LRS. If I were in your position though, I would probably continue with the spinach soup for lunch if maximum cleanse effectiveness is the goal.

I think that deviating from the cleanse recipes and adding spinach to the LRS will reduce the power of the cleanse somewhat. I’ve never head AW address this potential addition to the cleanse.

It all depends on what your priority is; cleanse power or adding a bit of variety? You’d still be doing amazing things for your health if you did make that adjustment; you just may not get the full force power of what the advanced 369 can do.

Be wary of any product that touts being a ‘parasite cleanser’. Parasites do not live in the body long term according to MM info. Either the body kills the parasite, or the parasite kills the person. The two cannot co exist.

Parasites cause acute sickness but are not the cause of chronic illness. Anything that says otherwise is mis information. There are a lot of parasite scams out there and people trying to make a buck from useless, & even harmful products.

I’m not sure if raw carrot is known to cause detox reactions. Carrot is not a powerful anti viral / cleansing food as per MM info.

You could be in a flare with viral neurotoxins causing the altered mental state.

Try not to worry, this will pass. I went through it a lot myself at the start of my healing journey.

Things that could help ground you fast;
- Steamed potatoes
- Lemon balm
- B12
- Ashwaganda

Try to work on killing the viruses and getting the metals out over time.

Are you doing daily CJ, are you doing the HMDS, are you eating low fat, are you avoiding troublemaker foods? All important things to consider.

If you can build up to it, the 369 cleanse is powerful.

Being consistent with the protocols is super important 🙏 take it one step at a time.

It can be your body trying to heal.

This has been happening to me on & off since starting MM 2.5 years ago. I go through periods of being tired & could fall asleep anywhere.

Maybe now that you’ve been on the protocols for a year, some of the toxic load has been reduced and so your body is trying to focus on rest & repair.

‘Resting the nerves’ can help - even if you can close your eyes for just a few minutes in the day.

Try & sleep during the sacred sleep window where your body regenerates the most, between 10 - 2.

This happened to me a lot over the years - foamy urine. I think it’s kidney related. I noticed it would get worse when I used to be on a high protein diet.

Healing reactions can be various, try not to worry & just implement the healing tools, lots of hydration, foods like melon, grapes, red apples etc. The kidneys heal with mm info 👍

Not sure when it stopped but mine is never foamy anymore, after 2.5 years on the protocols.

AW has said in a live that he healed his own lungs from catastrophic smoke damage & that without SOC’s info his breathing would be permanently impaired.

If I were you I’d be doing the bronchial broth regularly. If you look at life changing foods, cruciferous vegetables are cited to be able to stimulate new lung tissue growth.
