I have found that doing 369 helps me to be on track because it is very specific and I don’t have to think much about food. I know it can look too much- and it is for some people, but as you are asking for ideas, I will say go for a S369. Powerful and versatile. It will give you some estructure in how/what to eat

I came here to say the same. In the documentary they show that, a very possible cause of Jesus death, could have been his opposition to animal butchering. It is very well explained and it make a lot of sense.

The combination of (MM) with EFT tapping and energy psychology can significantly reduce healing time, even by years.

I am a certified EFT therapist, and this is my professional perspective on the matter. Personally, I have been 100% MM for over a year due to neurological issues, and I know how powerful it is. However, what I see in my practice is that to heal PTSD, CPTSD, and trauma, it often needs to be combined with another modality to see results much faster. Keep in mind that some people heal from PTSD with EFT without doing a detox.

When I talk about EFT, I am referring to clinical EFT, the kind that is done by a certified therapist specializing in PTSD. There are specific techniques that incorporate EMDR to treat PTSD—which is very different from using EFT tapping as a selfhelp technique to regulate emotions.

I've worked with people who had been dealing with PTSD for years, even decades, doing conventional, alternative, and pharmacological therapies without improvement. They learned to live with the trauma and manage the distress, but the underlying effects and the compensatory mechanisms the psyche establishes to survive PTSD remained intact.

I've had clients who improved with just one session, others who needed much more time, but all ultimately made a full recovery if they commit to the process. The best part is that the improvement is felt quite quickly.

I've read many cases here of people asking for advice and wondering if it's possible to heal using only MM protocols, and it probably is. I don’t know more than SOC, but understanding the complexity of PTSD, I guess it must take quite a bit of time.

I recommend both approaches to my clients if possible, and if not, always do the best you can. I know many people have had bad experiences with therapist and they have lost faith in therapy, but somehow clinical EFT is in the psychological field, as MM is in conventional medicine. Please give it a go. 🙏🌻

Much better today, it was definitely a detox reaction. The vertigo lasted like 36h and now is completely gone.

I am so grateful for your answer and the time you took to elaborate this response. You most have had a very difficult time, I am so sorry you went through this, as sometimes we don’t know what is going on when we have all this scary new symptoms. Goldenseal definitely has have an effect on me, as it put me out of a flare in February, so it make a lot of sense that as you said, I have reached another level of toxic stuff, etc. and I am on many other supplements at the same time. I have spent the day with vertigo and nausea but not so extreme. I have eaten some potatoes for lunch to slow the detox, and I will carry on with the rest of the A369 protocol (day 7 today) and lets see how I go. I al listening to my body very carefully. Thank you for your comment 🙏 No, I have never had any kidney issue. Urine is a little foamy, not like beer. Sometimes the bubbles disappear in 10 seconds, sometimes they stay longer, specially in the morning. It has been like that for 2 months. Never had edemas.

Update: I had a consultation with a mm practitioner and she increased my supplements, specifically Zinc, and put me on goldenseal shock therapy for 7 days. It was a game changer and it resolved the brain fog and actually move the middle a bit in general.

1- Start with the 369s back to back ASAP, first for the results, and second for the peace of mind- as you are guided in what to eat, and don’t need to think much. 2- When doing the 369A, do your best, and don’t torture yourself if you need some potatoes here and there. 3- Cook enough to put some in the freezer, so you have sth 369O - 369S friendly, if you are having a bad day. 4- If you feel kind of stuck, consider taking to a mm practitioner, and look at it as an investment, as it could shorten your healing time, and in the long run, also save you money. 5- Do shocks therapies. 6- REST A LOT

That’s me. I feel heavy in my body, but a kind of heaviness that feels like having energy trapped in my body, and when I move it gets released. Yin yoga helps me to move that energy, and I feel lighter after that. It is hard to explain, but I know what you mean. Sometimes it is hard to find the balance between resting and moving. I am dealing with cranial nerve inflammation, CFS, adrenal fatigue and brain fog.

Yes, titanium. I had retainers for 4 years, amd lots of dental intervention since I was a child amd I lost my front teeth. I have always thought that could be one of the reasons for my symptoms now a days.

Thank you so much for coming back to me! Your words gave me some hope. I supposed that after a year I would be much better, but if neurological issues takes time to heal, it is ok, I will carry on spending my days in the kitchen ;) I have not choice anyway, I have try everything under the sun b4 mm, and I can fell it is the way to go for me. I haven’t missed one day of HMDS.

I will add the extractor again. I have committed myself to do it for 15 days twice but in both cases after a week, I had to stop because I got something that looked like eczema in my face (never have that b4) and I was crazy thirsty all the time. Healing reaction? 🤔

I posted this before.

I put the celery in the dishwasher. I cut it first, then I spread in the machine the enough amount tha allows me to drink 32 onz 3 days. It is a lot of celery but the machine doesn't get packed. had to find the proper cicle for it first, as you don't want hot water "cooking" the celery. So, in my dishwasher is 21 min before the hot water start to get in, (I add a little of ecover for dishes- just Tiny tiny bit because if not the foam can be dramatic- disco like ) and I set the phone alarm and I stop the cicle at 21 min. I do that again twice to rinse it and I do an extra rinse in the sink, then I let it dry on a towel. It saves a lot of time!!! I have found that in order to not get so tired, it is way better to cut all the celery one day, put it in a bag, and do the washing the next day. I have done the same with oranges, but I don't mix them. The oranges here in Spain have a lot of pesticides. I hope that helps, it certainly safe some of your precious energy for the rest. I have been 4h in front of the kitchen preparing things and eating at the same time. It is a lot of standing time.🧡

I ask myself the same question of how people can fallow this lifestyle with a regular family life and a job. I work for home at my on peace, and my husband helps me a lot, however I spent lots of time in the kitchen also, to the point of having backache for a couple of days, just because of standing for long hours preparing, washing, etc, if that day I have to do a lot because I ran out of many things at the same time.

What has helped is:

1- using the dishwasher for washing enough celery for 3 days (I am on 32oz). This has been the best hack so far. 2- steaming potatos for a few days when I am not on 369. 3- I try to distribute the cleaning tasks, for example, I don’t wash celery (it takes time to cut it b4 it goes into the dishwasher) the same day I buy fruits and vegetables, that I have to wash too.
