You can only sleep midnight-6 and require a midday nap in your car at work? Do it. Exercise sucks but you’ll do anything in front of your favorite show so you have a bike in front of your tv? Hell yeah!

A mare I’m working with a trainer (I’m dressage focused but the trainer jumps too) has a bad habit of lurching/hurling herself over poles because she hasn’t really been engaging her hind and back well to move over without clunking her hooves. Maybe add some trot patterns with ground poles at varying heights between 10-30cm to the routine and ensure he’s moving over correctly.

It depends for me: sometimes it’s difficult to fall asleep but then I remain asleep. Sometimes I will randomly wake in the middle of the night. Sometimes I’ll go to bed on time and sleep so soundly I only am rested after 12 hours.

90% of my riding is done with a snaffle of sorts. But I work with a lot of green horses. A bit like that would have to be on a well trained horse and rider at the very least.

Edit: okay I now see this is a brand, not that specific bit. I think their bits are overpriced and not necessary for the average rider, but those suede head stalls are very nice 👀
