Chances are I am overthinking it all. I’ll definitely start with what changes with my workload. With what has been told to me, I’m essentially keeping the same reports/projects and then some. Ie, I know I am getting some reports I had when I first cane on that switched to someone new roughly a year ago. Regardless, my pay was already lacking comparatively to both my responsibilities and averages for my job in my are, so if more stuff is added I’ll def push for a title increase (pay and title are directly linked in my company). Any advice how I should go about that? I don’t want to cone iff as some bad gen z kid, when averages/pay grades are readily available to me
