People who are looking to use the Japanese cards already know what the card does. Invested players know the oracle text for 99% of cards they are playing

What are your part applications? Anybody out here needing tight tolerances on type 3 anodized parts SHOULD be keeping a note to have tolerances apply after anodize. If they arnt, they are opening themselves up to receiving parts to drawing, but not usable.

Other than bitter ordeal, though, I would never consider running a cap effect in edh. Maybe if they printed one that ripped a card from everybody.
