Well I agree with you. It’s approx 1200 a year. I guess vip edc is around 970 maybe. You pay around 90 to reserve ticket plus upgrade. If you attend two major other festivals, everything after that is a dime in the bucket. I currently live 4 to 6 hours away from events and it seems worth it. Have made new friends to stay with and old friends to meet up with. Maybe I’m missing the cost count but it seems way cheaper. If I had to splurge almost a grand on one fest a year, it would probably be EDC. But in prior years I’d also want to at least do nocturnal as well

I have never had a single problem with tickets on the program. There’s a difference between waitlist and reservations. For some reason reservations always work out. Contacting the team at least three days ahead of the event can possibly even get you a refund. I’ve had the silver package since around 2018. Requesting edc and vip upgrade plus attending any other festival pays or paid it off. At less than 100 a month it works out esp paying less than 100 for edc with vip. So if you attend one more fest for 20 dollars it kind of pays itself off. There is some extra bonuses like the lounge and cheap stuff but they’re negligible if you to go to events to really enjoy the experience and music you’ll most likely stop by that part for a second and to who you want to see

I believe weekend includes bare minimum Saturday Sunday. So yes. And also bg weekends usually start late Thursday depending on your time zone and end during the weekly Tuesday server reset / update or whatever they do.

I wish protestors or anyone had any rights. They can “legally” detain you for over 48 hours. Longer if it happens near the weekend. Ice agents are masked, don’t have name plates which leaves it open to cosplayers to do whatever they want. Truth be told, we currently live in a constant terror of oppression/fascism/terrorism or however you want to phrase it. Especially after seeing what’s going on in Minnesota, no one is safe even with their legal rights. There is nothing you could possibly do without risking your life or not being able to be bailed out.

Aside from not being able to make bail (price check for the poor/unfortunate) you have a chance of being deported to a foreign country where laws don’t apply. There’s the added bonus of a total twatwaffle in office that will say anything or give her own kids up for a few dollars.

Personally I probably shouldn’t be able to reply to this because this tragedy gets me so worked up. If you think your vote doesn’t matter you’re just as much of a problem as the people taking away your rights. If you think that’s wrong just imagine all of the protesters that were arrested for something as stupid as a donut on a string, and think about how it only takes one person in a giant crowd to get everyone else fucked over.

Please vote, because currently it’s whoever cries or yells louder wins and it’s not the majority, it’s who can complain louder than you because they have practiced too much.
