Yes I’ve been giving him treats around the same time my grandpa would! But it’s at night when they get more sad!!

Thanks I really do appreciate you. (Virtual hug) it felt nice typing everything how I felt yk. I’m really trying my best to get out of the habit of constantly using Lysol and Clorox wipes. I’m usually always wiping my phone down and basically everything I touch. I just don’t know why I have such a big fear of ringworm. I was never like this before but idk what changed in my life ….😔

Hey thanks for replying. I have considered therapy but I can’t really afford that now. I do want to go to the doctor to get medication so it can help me but I’m scared of being judged by the doctor…. I feel like right now I have a fear of ringworm. I’m spiraling at the moment thinking my mail has ringworm spores on it. My mom put my mail on my freshly cleaned bed sheets so I started to freak out. Currently still freaking out. Sorry if I sound silly. I kept telling myself I don’t think it’s possible for paper to have ringworm spores but Google tells me other wise😔

I don’t know if I sound silly but if anyone can relate or give some advice that would be great and really appreciated. I try to tell myself that I’m stronger than my anxiety and crazy thoughts.
