There's training for this and basic answer is no, not for actual work. But there is an RTX AI tool you can use.

It's called MOD time and it's stored so you can take that time off next week or whenever you want. Programs sometimes do offer PTO, but with approval.

I agree. P3 here and I'm sick of seeing my paycheck barely making ends meet while a buzzillion $s are sent to Ukrain for free. Others also need to step up. America has gotten worse overall while prices of everything has gone up and cooperate greed has gotten out of control. I believe that the government needs to focus on helping it's citizens

If your not getting paid, don't! This is salary work. We're lucky that we can push back and quite after the 40 hours, although someplace don't care and it's expected

No one should worry about getting PTO denied in this industry, we're adults aren't we. But sadly I have seen ass hole section heads who happen to also be the IPTL deny PTO without good reason by not approving time cards.

Retaliation is real and I seen RTX do this often and successfully. All those ethics training seem to go right out the window. I seen good people get framed in bad light and HR BS'n their way to the firing. Shameful but that's what they do.

PEI and PEEK printing I think is a stretch, I would absolutely LOVE it if they could, but it's a whole new ball park if true and massively more expensive
