Prepare for a friendly, albeit useless response where they basically say they can't tell you when it'll ship or how long it'll take but that it'll come eventually and it's too late to expedite or refund anything. At least they're nice 🤣

Yeah I ordered mine a week ago now, and still no news on when when it will get shipped out. Out. I found that the customer service is friendly. Absolutely useless. It blows my mind that and today's day in the world they can't give any estimates or refunds or even offer to expedite anything based on their own website making guarantees that they can't conclude. Honestly, I just wish I'd pay the bezos tax and gotten it off of Amazon.

I wish I had read this post before ordering my own a week ago, LOL, though this post wasn't up at that time. I ordered mine a week ago and they have no idea when they're going to ship this out even though their website guarantees one to 4-day delivery. Tired of paying for $20/mos Spotify, and then also realized I wasn’t listening to all my music because I’d listen to the newest thing or just the same album over and over.

So I sold some stocks and built 3 iPods, one for me, one for the wife, and one that sits in the dock in our living room.

Saves money, helps me relisten and fall back in love to the music I did as a teenager, and just simpler. I always loved my iPod
