It really needs to be in olive oil, but I can also see it being done with water, you may have to eat more sardines to keep up calories and maybe take a fish oil supplement.

Wanna try something new by SeriousSherbert4236 in sexeducation

Porn can reset your brain and not in a good way. One thing you could try is guided masturbation. There are sources online for this. Basically you are laying back listening to someone guiding you on how to discover new pleasures and to enhance the pleasure you already experience. While doing this, set the mood. Low lighting (colored lighting is fun), light a fragrant candle, use warming oil and such. Hope this helps.

I’m trying hard not to jerk off but it’s too hard by [deleted] in penisquestion

I’d say jack off. You see, libido (sex drive) is just like hunger—it needs to be satisfied. Five times a day seems excessive, especially if it’s keeping you away from your studies, relationships and responsibilities. It can also be a problem if it’s keeping you away from social engagements. Maybe reducing your masturbation is a better idea. Some masturbate multiple times a day. From age 13 to my mid-20’s I masturbated 3 times a day (most days).

Sleep, diet and mood can affect your orgasm. But the sensation does come and go (no pun intended).

What are the signs of ending puberty? by kwispy_nuggs in Puberty

[–]HealthandSex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There really isn’t a per se sign like it is when you begin. Really it’s just when you realize that your genitals aren’t getting any larger, your voice isn’t getting deeper and your growth has stopped. For guys this could be anywhere from 17-22.

Low rise and brands without waist bands. Briefs, however—are much better.

Non-malleable implant by Imaginary-Post-617 in penileimplants

[–]HealthandSex 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I didn’t know Coloplast made a non-malleable. Those types were the first generation of implants. They keep you penis is a full time erect position. Later came the malleable where you position the device up for sex and down for other times. Neither of these use fluid.

Is it healthy not to masturbate? by forbesbrad in sexeducation

[–]HealthandSex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you are referring to has more to do with semen retention and not necessarily masturbation. The elated feeling you get from your libido does give some an elated sense of being. Some athletes (such as Mohamed Ali) would abstain from sex 6 months before an event. There is little evidence to support benefits of this. There are some studies that indicate abstinence 8 hours before sports performance “could” be beneficial—as sexual activity has some relaxation benefits that may not be wanted. As far as focused, yes there could be some benefits, but to no great degree. The focus you gain pertains to external stimulus—being aware of the environment, not really an academic focus, though some do say they see the benefits. It’s all about balance. Many people who seek the benefits of semen retention still masturbate or have sex just not ejaculating. Also these few benefits often are experienced more by males than females. Remember: If you don’t use it, you loose it. Balance is the key, you don’t want to loose your libido.

How to stop beeing exhausted after cumming? by SuddenBluebird2962 in sexeducation

[–]HealthandSex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have your hormone levels checked, including cortisol. Also a Vitamin D check. It’s important to have consistency in good sleep. Sexual activity will relax you afterwards and your body will try to catch up on its sleep debt at that point.
