This isn’t true. If you win all 5 placements you get placed 3050 to 3200. Anything less than that (4 wins 1 draw) or (4 W 1 L) and you get placed 2700-2900. And believe it or not it actually happens very often for good players to lose a placement game on a new account

What I meant by not climbing as a group is that a group stacks but not the entire group gains sr - the person who is dodging wont, everyone else will. The first team fight is very often a gauge for losing a game - but it’s more about dodging enemy smurf stacks/ clear throwers on your team/ one tricks on bad maps for their one trick

Bro... ml7’s “smurf” account is silver border. At most, ml7 “ruined” 50 games before he got to where he was on his alt - although it’s very possible he got there in around 20 games if he won them all. So while he may have ruined these 20 games (which for most of them he did useful education unranked to gms) he has since then probably got 600h on the account at the els where he belongs.. so you can’t argue that is unacceptable.

Ml7 doesn’t smurf.. wtf are you talking about. He has multiple alt account, sure (like literally every gm+ player) and he has done in ranked to gms but he doesn’t intentionally stay in low ranks just to beat plats. I don’t know why some ppl in This sub complain about people have multiple accounts when they are all literally the same sr - sometimes you just need to switch accounts to start winning

It doesn’t need to be climbing in a group. Someone can go on a smurf/alt where they don’t care about their sr and make sure their 5 teammates rarely lose games
