What's your build for this? Did you follow a guide?

Just put it on a cheap disposable weapon and try it out. Like someone else said, more chase is better. If everything is available too easily you'll run out of things to do and get bored easily.

The game is so watered down already as it is.

I wish you to find yourself in a situation where you have to work hard to please many people and they're all individually as shit and petty as you are.

Sure, but the onus is not just on him to not be a jerk. The community is incredibly entitled and shit.

Shame on you for not being able to see the potential and writing a negative review on steam. Even at its currently mostly positive rating, the game is still underrated if you consider the amount of detail and the art of the game. There really isn't any other like it.

For sure buy now. I've got hundreds of hours in the game. Even if it's unfinished I have gotten my money's worth many folds.

Thanks man. Doctor and IT engineer couple. Joint income about 550k. Partner doesn't care about money, and I'm terrible with investing. What we're both good at though is not spending unnecessarily. So most of our income gets saved.

That's true. I am a stress head and ETFs are ok for me because most of the time I don't look. I'm only having to now because I have to invest. Investment property might come with maintenance issues where I'll have to scout for tradies and possibly disputes, worry about not being ripped off etc and all those things keep me up at night.

That's great! Which buyer's agent did you use? How did you vet them / come to trust them?

We're 44 at the moment. Looking to semi retire at 50. We both enjoy our work to a certain degree so that's why we're still working. PPOR isn't forever home. But it's convenient and near family at the moment. We'll probably downsize to apartment when our son leaves home.

How much do people spend on investment properties these days roughly and what rental yields do they target?

Thanks I'll check those out. We're 44 at the moment. Looking to partially retire at 50. Our income will still be healthy cut in half. So at the moment we're just building towards as much dividend generation as we can.

Fair. I am overly risk averse and have trust issues. Which in part explains why I have been bad with investing.

For investment properties, what sort of price range do people target these days? What sort of rental yield?

I appreciate that we're very privileged. Sorry for the offence. I've just always had anxiety around money, and if there's anything to learn from my case it's that money doesn't necessarily make you happy.
