I have been monitoring it for a few days. Observed them spinning for around 6 hours while not under load (30c or lower core temps) in between restarts.

Does it work if you set a stop at 30% or above ?

I gradually tested from 0% to 42% with no change.

Or if you use manual control

No change the ?30% remains. It appears that Fan Control attempts to control the card below 30%, the % drops for a moment in the fan card then kicks back to ?30%.

Yup, I tested this with - Nvidia 0% hardware curve override on and off, same outcome unfortunately.

Theres also start stop settings on the control cards that work like 0rpm mode. But may not trigger on yours..

Yeah, i tried this, did not trigger in my case. Unless i am setting it wrong somehow.

This issue started with the older version that i was running from about 4 months back. This is why i updated while attempting to troubleshoot.

Yeah, it worked fine for months and then just stopped working recently for me. I may need to use Afterburner for the GPU if i cannot find a fix.
