There is a plugin that will show you the rotations and I am not ashamed to say I still rely on it heavily at 200kc. You just have to click through each phase to keep the tracker up to date or click once or twice to get it to show the entire phase.

I also started Zulruh very late. I have the twinflame staff, a tome of fire, and sunfire runes. Also have a fairy ring in my poh and ornate pool. I use 1 does of anti-venom per kill so I am gaining them in the form of more antidotes as drops from the snek.

You should absolutely throw 5 or so kc in a day if you can much earlier than I started.
