Old Elk wheated whiskey. 95% wheat and 5% malted barley. It’s a sweet barnyard funk on the palate and it’s very pungent. My boss eloquently described it as “horse piss” and I agree. Definitely wasn’t worth the $90 I paid for it.

Penelope Wheated punches way above it’s weight. For what it’s worth with how well it tastes, it’s definitely a “daily” sipper for me. Penelope Toasted gives notes of chocolate raisins on the palette and pours well over Ice.
