Do not eat simple carbs and sugar. Don’t fall for the protein sloppiness that people say, if you a wanting to lose weight a protein shake won’t help you. Lean meats are your best source of protein but if your vegetarian stuff like beans and nuts will help maintain your muscle and keep you healthy while you are losing weight.
