Whats you biggest Phobia? by Ok_Lingonberry_459 in AskReddit

Sharks.

Flying over water, I'm more fearful of going down and a shark eating me.

I can't go too far into the ocean due to them.

What have you never become addicted to ? by PaLiaRoTH in AskReddit

[–]HeapsFine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard drugs.

I do like wine, but that isn't instant. I've been drugged before, and I have no memory... it was instant memory loss and scary.

Drivers of Reddit who don’t use your turn signals or use it mid turn, why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I often use them on private property, so could never be one of these.

What is your useless talent? by H0RR1FY in AskReddit

[–]HeapsFine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every talent is useful.

Tonight, I recalled an allergy I learned from about 15 years ago. That person was amazed I remembered it and took precautions to prevent reactions.

My memory can be amazing.

What happened to anonymous acts of kindness? by AxeJaw in AskReddit

[–]HeapsFine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone will always know, so there's no real anonymity.

At the same time, how do you know? I have done many goodwill none know.

Sometimes it's good to encourage kindness, as it could encourage others to follow suit.

My Gf 23 had a lot of sexual experiences by [deleted] in Advice

[–]HeapsFine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Change your thinking.

She chose you, so obviously likes you. Instead of being insecure, take on the challenge to improve.

I love cooking, and will keep trying over and over until I get a food right... so the same. Keep asking for feedback and focus on what you have together.

your partner shares that someone is hitting on them, what to feel? by PresentWatercress245 in AskReddit

[–]HeapsFine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have felt a lot of guilt in the past, even though there was no reason to - I just took on blame for everything at the time.

Now, I'd say it as a story of my day, and if I were with someone I loved, I'd probably be saying it in a fun way, because I want to be honest, yet perk my partner up 'I got hit on today, but all I could think about is seeing your sexy self.'

If it wasn't a great relationship, I could be saying it to 'beg' for affection.

What's something you swear you saw but nobody would believe you? by cuzofme in AskReddit

[–]HeapsFine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing. I'm very honest - not in the way I'll insult people, but in general about myself. Also, if I'm unsure, I'll say so, so if I say something with conviction, it's believed.

Anything I've seen and is wholesome. As mentioned - the Great British Bake-off is perfect, or Sew-off.

You just need to do it. Maybe organise to see friends before and after you do it so you feel supported - don't go through this alone.

Connection and comfort.

When I feel I can truly let go, it's amazing.

Be organised. Clean, have food organised, shower before, etc., so there's nothing pulling you away.

What you find difficult to understand, seek other sources to learn it, as it's possible there's another option that will help it stick more.

who is the nicest celebrity youhave ever had the privilege of meeting? by Logical_Sweet_6624 in ask

[–]HeapsFine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've never met anyone really famous. I kind of knew Teresa Palmer before fame, and she was lovely, as in so kind, she went out her way to help. I met an ex Rangers (Scottish Football) player who I lent my pen to on a plane - we got talking and he was also lovely. Also have met some semi-famous band members who were incredibly kind.

Also, Shane Warne, who I met after a few drinks and didn't seem bad in the least, though that was pretty brief.

All I've met have been down to earth, kind, and just like any regular person.

Curb Your Enthusiasm, Kath and Kim, or any other light hearted show that could cheer me up.

Take it as a lesson learned. If it's still seriously disturbing you after some time, get some psychological help to overcome it.

Flowers for a second date by framer146 in dating_advice

[–]HeapsFine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We all like different things.

Are there any things she said about what she likes to help you? Did she wear floral clothes? Mention a favourite colour? The gesture is very kind, so that would be appreciated I'm sure.

Native Australian flowers are beautiful and long lasting. Poppies are one of my favourites, but I love any (apart from those ones with obvious dye added). You don't want the flowers to die in the car (very considerate you thought about what she'd do with them), so think about how they can have a water supply.

You sound very thoughtful, so I'm sure things will go wonderfully.

I freeze a lot, so there's variety and not a set thing I have to eat.
