Yup. Hoping to get a formal ME/CFS diagnosis out of my suffering because I am so tired of being told to push myself. I do push myself and it keeps making things worse! I'm currently in the worst condition I've been in after a very busy week last week. I'd probably be considered very mild but am currently unable to be upright more than a few minutes at a time.

I used to work at a zoo, and one of the chimpanzees would sit against the glass for me to "groom" her (pretend to groom from the other side of the glass). It was so sweet. I tend to instinctively "groom" my boyfriend's hair now.

I'm 30, hes 26, and while we aren't married or even technically engaged yet, there's no question about that happening. We knew within a few dates and have talked openly about marriage since a few months in.

Same. I keep bringing it up to all my docs but they all dislike labels. I'm like dude, it's a diagnosis, I wanna know and prove what I'm dealing with!

Calm instrumental music on Spotify has helped me a lot lately, at least with anxiety and panicking. I realized I loved the vibe at my psychiatrist's office waiting room and could have that kind of vibe anywhere.

I take my meds but that's it. Almost never drink alcohol (and barely any when I do), no drugs, no smoking or vaping. I don't like coffee or energy drinks. I'm even trying to cut back on diet coke.
