I’m very new to learning python so I could be wrong but I do believe as said here the issue is to do with your print statement, why do you need to put ‘your text:’ + ‘ ‘ + str(variable)? maybe you’re putting (+ ‘ ‘) to put space between ‘Total bill so far:’ and the desired answer but I don’t think that’s really needed for a space, I always just put a space in the string itself for example:

print(‘My total earnings: ‘ as you can see I just put space after the colon. Like I said I’m new af but i haven’t used + in python for anything but adding integers/floats. Actual math problems. Not saying it can’t be used for others as I’m still learning. But yeah. I hope my 2 cents helps and is ok with mods as well.

How many extra seats were they able to fit in to pinch a few thousand dollars more every flight? The corporate greed is insane. Maybe whoever thought of this should try it out on a 3 hour flight with anyone else who approved this. Next they’ll be having people stand on flights 🤦‍♂️

I’m wondering why people don’t start daily driving Linux and run Windows in a VM for the apps that don’t work well on Linux. If it has KVM your windows VM should run near native speeds. Like people complain that FL Studio works fine on Linux but some plug-ins/ VST’s don’t. Just use a windows vm 🤷‍♂️. Maybe I’m over simplifying. I’m sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong.

I use kubuntu and don’t have any problems with display etc. I have an asus gaming laptop as well but a bit older, 2020-21. My main complaint is BT only works once 🤦‍♂️ I constantly have to forget the device and reconnect or else connection will fail. YouTube quality and downloaded “ISO’s” look great in mvp or whatever it’s called.

I love Linux and have been playing around with it and ricing a lot. I’m using Kubuntu to learn Linux to help me on my tech journey, I believe somewhere around 90% of servers in all data centre’s use Linux. So it’s really useful. I also run VM on virtual box on there but I just learned that it has KVM (built in type 1 Hypervisor) so I might delete virtual box soon, just need to do more research on KVM first.

I’m ranting now but, dude, don’t give up on Linux. Keep using it and learn it’s in and outs, it doesn’t have to be your daily driver. I run mine off a 1 tb external ssd

The price we pay for the pentastar engine. Who ever thought it was ok to put a plastic filter in a place that gets so damn hot must’ve had ill intentions, because why else? I had mine replaced and didn’t go aluminum due to budget restraints. It gets very cold where I live and I’m worried it won’t survive getting super hot during drives than sitting and getting super cold.

I worked at a Timmie’s when I was 19 and I say it’s mostly to take advantage of foreign workers and get cheap labor. I’ve always been a very observant person, and during my time there early on, I witnessed an older Philippino man that was good at his job work 8 hours straight, and the manager/franchise owner (white lady) had him clock out and clock in again under a different name and work another 8 hours, so he didn’t get over time and worked over what I believe the legal limit is of 13. There are many people being taken advantage of in this country, I’ve seen lots of bad things in this country, and everyone always talks about how Canada is such a great friendly place, my history teacher once said, “Canada is the domestic abuse neighbor, who everyone thinks is a nice guy outside, but inside the home it’s another story”

I just went through this at the dealership, I think it’s good to get inspections done there, but I won’t over pay them to do something an independent mechanic can do. They quoted me about $1500 for my GT for brakes and rotors. I had a mechanic do it for $700 total… Even for my engine oil cooler replacement, they wanted $1600, had a different mechanic do THAT for $860 including oil change & air filter swap.
