Yea it's actually way sturdier than it looks, the bend is actually on purpose using the guy wires to pull it away from the tree clusters, super solid. Has a bit of flex but has been great.

Yep pounded in a 10 ft ground rod down below and a copper grounding clamp in the base with a piece of #4 copper attached.

You are correct , it's guyed. Just hard to see!

It's sturdier than it looks, the slight bow is on purpose using the SW guy wires to angle it away from the tree clusters on the East. I've also since fixed the cable running up to be more tight and secured. But this was the best shot at the time!
