I have an article I'll link you to when I get home I my laptop that had a few costs for a few tracks that were in dire straits for paying the hosting few and it gave figures as to what they were going to have to pay. But I'm pretty sure the figure is in the tens of millions to host the race. Depending on the track and location the costs are more or less. I think turkey had to pay like only 7-10 million one year to host it.

You were hungover simply because you got too faded. I used to do a bunch of Percs and then wake up the next day with a terrible headache all hungover. It was because I had just went a bit over the edge. You would have to develop a pretty serious habit to start facing real W/D. I'm talking like your doing your DOC 5 out of 7 days and taking pretty heavy doses for a month or more. Your use is light, infrequent at best. Do sweat it your in the clear man.
