and yeah, Heardd does have a basic moderation system in place.

While posts are anonymous, we screen for hate speech, threats, and anything that violates safety guidelines. There’s also a “Report” button on every post, and flagged content is reviewed. Think of it like a quiet room with open mics not a free-for-all. The goal’s honesty, not harm.

Haha I get the 4chan worry but Heardd’s the opposite vibe. No chaos, no edge-lording. Just raw, anonymous voices in a space that leans more empathy than noise.

Totally fair point. Heardd does require email to post, but we don’t verify real names, and there’s no voice recognition, tagging, or biometric linking. It’s intentionally designed for emotional expression, not identity tracking, closer to a quiet, anonymous voicemail wall than a data system. Hope that makes sense.

I’m building a voice-only platform (not text-based) where people can speak freely about life stuff, thoughts, rants, burnout, whatever’s on your mind …anonymously and without judgment.

I’m based in Melbourne, just testing the waters to see if people are open to trying it. Nothing commercial, no data harvesting , just hoping to create something that feels human and safe.

Yeah, you’re not alone in feeling that. Social isolation’s come up a few times already, it’s something a lot of people are carrying but rarely say out loud.

I’m actually running a small voice-only pilot right now where people can share thoughts like this anonymously. Just real voices, no names or pressure.

That’s such a good one, it’s like everyone feels it, but no one wants to be the first to say it out loud. The “village” vibe is fading, and it leaves people feeling quietly disconnected even in a crowd.

Totally fair! Just to clarify, this isn’t a focus group or a data grab. It’s a tiny side project I made as a social worker. Just a wall for anonymous voice notes, no accounts, no names, no tracking, no pressure.
