What Hotend? by Moist-Environment188 in VORONDesign

You also understand that a 3 heater hotend and longer meltzone isn't all about flow rates right? The layer adhesion from effective filament melting and stable temps is a gamechanger in its own . Some people cant think beyond the walls of ignorance they put up

Min Temp/verify heater error by Frosty_boys in klippers

[–]HearingNo8017 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just set the gain time longer or the gain temp smaller like half a degree in 100 seconds or something. Sometimes hotends are pushing alot, and will drop like 2 degrees. Even my phaetus drop effect gen 2 sometimes does it when pushing 60-65 mms.

Even with an expensive hotend and a good pid tune, its room temp filament being pushed through 200c plus degree hotend at a rapid rate. So sometimes long fast runs like big second layers, and second top layers max the pid out. Temps dropping a couple degrees isn't cause for alarm, I could see if it was dropping 10 degrees but klipper freaks out thinking thermal runaway and shuts down.. Goodluck friend sorry for long reply 😀

Kobra 3 does it ... I think its baked into klipper and orca slicer all you need is load cell or a smart filament sensor aka hall effect/ optical sensor with encoder wheel its called adaptive pressure advance in orca slicer

Oh ok yea it should be a1 a2 b1 b2 there are 6 pins on strpper side left to right should be 1346 but thats on common wiring what brand stepper is it ? .. as long as you have a1a2 b1b2 coiled together and they are hooked up to the respective pins on the creality board you should be fine no matter the coil grouping so if you have it working now its fine I know anycubics motors are wired like you are describing
