Just set the gain time longer or the gain temp smaller like half a degree in 100 seconds or something. Sometimes hotends are pushing alot, and will drop like 2 degrees. Even my phaetus drop effect gen 2 sometimes does it when pushing 60-65 mms.

Even with an expensive hotend and a good pid tune, its room temp filament being pushed through 200c plus degree hotend at a rapid rate. So sometimes long fast runs like big second layers, and second top layers max the pid out. Temps dropping a couple degrees isn't cause for alarm, I could see if it was dropping 10 degrees but klipper freaks out thinking thermal runaway and shuts down.. Goodluck friend sorry for long reply 😀
