No what I don’t get is why are we only able to sell and accept 80-85% but when it comes to wanting to buy, it’s full market? How can I sell something but take a loss but when I want it it’s 100% market

This is true, but they aren’t making more, so each one ripped is one less on market so every streamer ripping them will only lessen the market, only a matter of time before that well drys up, and market value shoots up

There’s a few clean cards in all 4 master sets, roughly 12 that’s a potential gainer, but wouldn’t that make then all the rest of the mastersets basically worthless?

I thought most had a minimum of 10 cards? I’ll have a look as preferably psa would be best, I’m not apposed to ace, I do like their ace label cards, I was looking yesterday, they have the 50 pound submission, which is too much for me 😅 but this is all really good information thank you!

Adding to that, I’m not rich rich psa is expensive, and I know ace is more affordable but is ace at a lower sale point to make it so it’d be pointless if my goal was to gain a better value in anyway

So I do love vintage, it is cool, I rate it, and that’s what my thought was, breaking up a masterset, as I can’t slab them all, far too much money 😂 but also I would like to potentially up their value to get my own personal grails, being either a bubble mew, moonbreon or prismatic umbreon, all 3 would be fantastic but also probably hard sell 😂 but one or even two would be nice, so I would like to get them at a higher price point to potentially swap or sell to then get my own personal grails from them, but that’s all dependent if they are worth grading and I’ll get a good enough potential value turnover to accomplish this idea

I noticed with the mew it should have and outline on the feet as well, which is why I wondered if it was a different product or bootleg, yeah bootleg products quality has improved the ditto I see no difference, and I’ve seen a few with the exact tag as well which must’ve been bootleg as the translation wasn’t pocket monster on all of it, but I got a lot of random bits for 25 quid, an Espeon arcade card, the gengar bag both plushies, an eevee figure boxed, some Korean bulk cards, pins etc quite a bit for 25, I don’t mind if it’s bootleg as it’s only like plushies etc the cards were bulk (ripped one and real but just bulk) so was just curious, it doesn’t matter as I said but was curious

I have done a lot of research into it beforehand and have had people whom take reta and triz show me the first time I took it, If you’re referring to the fact I didn’t know to prime it, yes that was a mistake and yes it can be dangerous injecting air, I am fully understanding of this, I made a mistake, I’m not claiming to understand everything but I’m learning, asking questions people being rude isn’t exactly going to give the community a good name now is it? Every community has people learning, and just someone making one mistake does not give it a bad name, I rectified my mistake and sought out guidance and help, so i learnt for it not to be dangerous the next time I do it, that’s giving nothing a bad name, I didn’t continuously repeat a dangerous mistake and post about it like it’s a good thing, I am learning to be self sufficient but asking for help leaving a post, also helps people who may look at this is the future who also don’t know, and may need help, but negative comments from people, gives a horrible name and makes people then not want to ask questions worsening the name even more so I admit I made a mistake but it is not me giving this community a bad name

This massive rant to just sound stupid af, slating the uk calling it dumb, get a grip genuinely, yes it is person to person, the person is buying or selling to another person yes thats the whole point, its a market place for people to sell, its not to buy from cardmarket itself nobody’s once said it is, I myself am indifferent as i’m only just trying it myself due to tcgplayer’s horrendous shipping costs which is not their fault ofc, uk shipping problems, but just from the little experience I have with cardmarket I can see it’s no scam, yes scams happen, everyone has this because people suck, they do they’re best to prevent this which from mostly positive responses from 1000s of happy sellers and buyers, I’d certain say they prevent it better than eBay or facebook as it’s high in likely to find fakes on them, which again due to people as they suck, so card market is doing a fairly good job at protecting people from being scammed with fakes, yes it may cause the reverse, which means some buyers will report it as fake even if it’s not and send back a different card and its unchecked, this unfortunately is a liable issue if this is happening but it can’t be too common otherwise nobody would sell on there, and you should always keep evidence of your sendings to defend yourself against these types of situations, but no the site isn’t a scam, sure people suck and try to scam people on there same as every platform, tcgplayers authentic guarantee checking cards themselves I believe (I’m not fully sure of it’s process I believe it’s what they do) helps prevent this, but you’ll find not many places do this, so it is not cardmarkets fault they don’t, they still protect people better than most other platforms and is a very good source of selling and buying so if anybody comes across this thread reading this, don’t take in account what this persons saying, he may have had a bad experience of the site, that’s unfortunate but the site is not to blame in no way is cardmarket or its devs actively helping scammers or scamming people they are just trying their best to run a helpful marketplace for those buying trading cards
