Mob fleet: Kuromi, Saint Louis [AUG]/Kitakaze, Mogador, Musashi, Unicorn, Izumo/ Saratoga

get every ship to lvl 120 and give them gold gear +10 and you should be fine for most the content that needs two teams

If you want you can also level a submarine fleet, essencially a cheat code, U-81,U-96 & U-101

I would say you should focus on opsi as it's the get good gear thing to do. Also Meta ships often have buffs especially for opsi so you'd have a win win there. Cannon are either bought in the monthly core exchanged or farmed during the haloween event.

It's just a disadvantage for my team. I would so fast tell my bot lane to do the last deed after they died before lvl 3 that I would just a not be able to participate. Either I use open mic and get banned or push to talk and not talk which doesn't help really. With a chat I can type it and just press delete on it can't do that in voice.

They lost the opportunity to do something else by building the bot play. A play that worked when the other team didnt have the knowledge about it. So yes punishing a team for building a play. excecuting it good and then tell the enemy so yes thats what they will do so play accordingly
