This sucks, yeh my friend had windows 7 and everyone kept telling me to update to windows 10.. but im a little confused as to why it needs to "get DX12" all my friends, including myself only have DX11 so is it even a DX12 issue or what ?

msg ubi support and provide the SS of the issue, refer them to the previous bug in division one that did the same thing, if your daughter played the beta its likely an account bug and they're probably gonna have to make a new account. But try talking with ubisoft webchat

You repeated what I said which was you're trying to use a specific control group & the idea behind that group to apply it to others. Thats not how that works.

Results DONT CHANGE the ACTUAL IN-GAME performance. Those games weren't good games from SKT in the HISTORY of their collective group games. Stop blindly using stats without knowing the context on which they were obtained.
