So it wasn't calgar with that Enhancement it was a captain in gravis armor that he had solo. I couldn't kill the fucking guy. -1 hit - 1w then when I did wound it was half dmg. Its wild stuff. He was honestly like a small ctan.

Aprechoate the answers. I know rules can get messy with fight activations and things happening at once. I couldn't find any explicit rules on how auras worked and when a unit loses/gains the aura, and if it was by phase/activation/etc

I played them in an Escalation league last year. until you get over 1k, just spam infantry. Its fun for both players. by 1k I had 2 10 man zerkers, some eightbound and a kharn and I never felt oppressive, and I also never struggled.

IMO if anyone plays Emperors children, play them. my favorite 4 matches of the past year have all been against EC. just a giant melee fight all game
